My experience at the New Comfort Inn Giza was severely disappointing. The entrance was down a dark dirt laneway, making it feel unsafe and uninviting for first-time visitors. The room I received had poor WiFi connectivity and a view of a dirt parking lot filled with rubbish, which was disgusting. Even the service was lackluster, as my requests for basic amenities were not addressed satisfactorily.
